    Ken Bruce salutes the BBC Concert Orchestra on their 60th anniversary ... tonight's archive concert from 31st July 1982 recorded at the Gloucester Hall, Fort Regent, Jersey is presented by John Craven and conducted by Ron Goodwin.

    This evening's concert features music from films scored by Ron Goodwin: Where Eagles Dare, Battle of Britain, Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines; and performances by Matt Monro of three of his classsics ... Born Free, From Russia With Love and On Days Like These (The Italian Job) and Moira Anderson recalls the hits of 1940's Hollywood star Deanna Durbin.
