I agree to a point that people such as these have highlighted commercial opportunity when selling bootlegs of titles that nobody has bothered with. However, the company you are promoting should be more vigilant to ensure they are not selling films that are avaialble such as the ones I mentioned. This is where they cross the line.

They may not be aware - unless films are following standard release patterns it is hard to keep track of what has been released and what has not. There does not seem to be any 'push' to sell commercially available titles - and some may not be commercially available in all regions or may fall out of print - so I suspect those that are are just oversights.
