Default film/tv series named after songs and viceversa

The sequel to Life on Mars is Ashes To Ashes which are both Bowie songs.

Queen named two albums after Marx films, Day at the Races and Night at the Opera

Iron Maiden have excelled themselves, the band is named after the film The Man in the Iron Mask, their albums and songs are taken from, Children of the Damned;
The Prisoner;
Where Eagles Dare;
Aces High;
Somewhere in Time;
From Here to Eternity;
The Wicker Man;
and their 2006 album is A Matter of Life and Death.

Quite a few bands and singers have named themselves after film characters or TV programmes as well, Im thinking "Dept S", "Duran Duran" and er...."Tom Jones"...

Check out AC/DC's Hail Caeser Live video from 1996. There's a clip of Angus superimposed sliding down the escalator rail opposite the Caeser statue from AMOLAD! Especially impressive as P&P were less en vogue 12 years ago than they are today.

The video includes quite a few brief clips from famous films with members of the band inserted into the scene

Secret Agent Man was a hit record in the USA and came from the American broadcast of the hour-long Danger Man series but some confusion on cause and effect there......

Stranger on the Shore...... was originally called Jenny .... or so I've read..... before it became Stranger on the Shore...... and spawned a popular television show of the Sixties

All Night Long was a Patrick McGoohan film later turned into a song by Lionel Ritchie...........

(Do Not Forsake Me) was the parenthitised title of the theme-song in a film (High Noon) that later became the title of the (wrong) episode of The Prisoner...... almost full circle.....

whilst John Drake seems to have spawned some quelle bizzarro inspirations:
