Not sure where to put this request. It is a French tv mini series or movie staring Michael York. I think there may be a shorter 2 and a half hour version. But i am after the original long version i think it was maybe 6 or 8 hours long in total (the mini series). I was told about it by a freind who said it made Schindlers list look dull!
Here is the imdb page.

PS: sorry if this is in the wrong place, but as I said, I didnt know where to put this request.

What are you requesting? I don't see a request in this message.
Are you looking for a copy, or looking for information about it, or wanting to know if anyone's seen it and what they thought of it, or what?

thanks for that Batman. However i think that is the Film version that was made from a shortened edit of the mini series. A guy on IMDB forum for the link i gave, mentions something about it being out on vhs tape, i think he meant the mini series. I also heard from the guy who wants it, that he and his wife saw a long 6 or 8 hour version somewhere, Im not sure if it was tv or tape. I will try to contact and ask him. Also it must have been in English or at least subbed. I think i can glean from the imdb page that it was filmed in both French and English. (Michael York has done several of these bi-lingual flicks in Europe)
