There is a simpler solution - don't watch them. Do what I do and use Radio 4 for news and current affairs and only what use the TV for hard-drive recordings and DVDs

Indeed, Windthrop! Apart from the odd news item, the only programme I've actually watched live in the last few weeks has been The Invisibles - I wonder why

Is there anyone else who who doesn't have the slightest idea who Russell Brand is? I keep seeing the name mentioned but haven't a clue who he is - don't anyone both posting an image to help me, please!

All the best

Aww.......how can anyone not like our Ainsley, he's great!.......and I generally agree with the others listed, include Eamon Holmes, 'Spangles' Kaplinsky, and a few others I've tried to block from my Psyche!

John Barrowman, get him to F**k right off, preferably led by Graham Norton, to Bill Oddie's nest, where they have to endure his whiney hillock undulating noodlins as Sean Lock stands on a float made of Mark Bright's mistakes and Andrew Neale's wig clippings and over simplified there you have it's, and takes the piss out of them until the end of eternity, please.

Easier said than done. Turn on the TV and one or other of the shugglemunners is there.

Don't just turn it on at random, check the listings and see what's on.

Although I must admit that channel surfing has let me stumble upon some interesting things. But if I see a programme involving someone I don't like (some, but not all, of those mentioned and some others) then I just try another channel or watch something I recorded earlier and haven't watched yet

She was very nice to my lad when he wandered up to her in the Norwich Forum. He was only three at the time.

D'you know, checking the tv listings is a most unrewarding, boring, irksome weekly job for me.
I do it weeks on end and just find zilch.
Then I forget one week and miss one of the rare gems they occasionally come up with!!
