Bod, Bagpuss, Rainbow, Trumpton?, basically all of the wonderful Oliver Postgate programmes and....something with a goat glove puppet??

Some very strange - clearly acid based - programmes with men in tights and huge animal heads on - it was a very strange time for kids tv - and Sesame street.

Oh Lamb chops! I loved Lamb chops - thankyou.

No it wasn't The Banana Splits - it was a British programme. There was a TV show a few years ago about this very subject and the presenters (who were roughly my age) mentiomned how scared they had been and I remembered I had too..it was just so odd - the equivalent of a drugged out hippie supply teacher singing nonsense at you (which, incidentally - was also a bit of a trend in the seventies.)

The Banana Splits left me cold I am afraid..

My earliest ever memory is a TV programme! A policeman looking through a telescope atdifferent things..

My earliest memory is of that BBC mast shot with the BBC News logo revolving around it.
Talk about fuzzy! It looked like it had been filmed through a woollen sock
