Default Dark Season
Does anybody remember this BBC sci - fi drama starring a young Kate Winslet?

I had it in mind for years, wanting to see it again, but thought it was called the Last Autumn. I kept searching on the web like this, until I came across its DVD release. I got it and watched it and the memories came flooding back. Its good stuff, especially when it brings back the child in you!

It's good, though it helps if you're a crazy Doctor Who fan so you can get all the in-jokes. Have you seen Century Falls - Russell T Davies' other kids' drama? It also has a fat, rather unprepossessing teenage girl as the lead and is rather more coherent, I think (though really quite shocking). It also features, I think, RTD's first character called Harkness!
