It's all over the net. It's poorly produced and basically a collection of claims from conspiracy theorists/bloggers.

Did anyone see 9/11: The Conspiracy Files? A documentary that examined all the conspiracy theories to do with 9/11 - and then demolished them

And it wasn't even made by the US Government but by the BBC. And even despite the recent shenanigans, they are still generally quite trustworthy
