Hammer have their Region 1 collections Icons of Horror and Icons of Adventure at $19.99 on Amazon.
Icons of Horror:
The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb / Scream of Fear / The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll / The Gorgon
Amazon.com: Icons of Horror Collection: Hammer Films (The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb / Scream of Fear / The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll / The Gorgon): Paul Massie - The Two Faces Of Dr. Jekyl, Terence Morgan - The Curse Of The Mummy', Peter Cushin
Icons of Adventure
The Pirates of Blood River / The Devil-Ship Pirates / The Stranglers of Bombay / The Terror of the Tongs
Amazon.com: Icons of Adventure Collection (The Pirates of Blood River / The Devil-Ship Pirates / The Stranglers of Bombay / The Terror of the Tongs): Christopher Lee, Oliver Reed: Movies & TV
The only way you won't be able to play them is if you have changed your player's region to 0 (region free).
If the disc are RCE (and the Icons of Suspense weren't) then just re-enter the hack and choose Region 1. You can then watch them before hacking again back to Region 0.
RCE looks for a number but doesn't recognise 0, 1 is fine; discs will play.
Movie mail are offering a good price on the Hammer box set:
Ultimate Hammer Films Box Set DVD | Horror | Films by Movie Mail UK
Amazon have it at an even better price:
The Ultimate Hammer Collection 21 Disc Box Set DVD: Amazon.co.uk: Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing: DVD
I received my Icons of Horror collection today.
After all the whining I did about the lack of decent artwork on the previous Icons of Suspense set it makes me wonder if Hammer had been listening. The Horror set has some fine disc art and a sticker on the case saying "Fan Approved Artwork".

I can't recall RCE being used in a long time.
The 'fan approved artwork' was organised by Sony/Columbia a while back.
Hammer's 'Crescendo' is available via the Warner Archive program on R1. Expensive but a very nice print.
