Welcome back, Brigger! Where have you been? On second thoughts, don't answer - no-one else does whenever I ask!
Thanks for letting us know about this Sale. Very disappointed that there aren't many series boxsets at a reduced price. The Gold Robbers is £35.74 and Hadleigh is £64.33. Not ideal. Instead there are a few 'Special Edition' films at bargain prices.
I am especially interested in Countess Dracula, not just because 'my Susan' (Broderick) and the sadly-late Ingrid Pitt are in it, but for the fantastic bonus feature: an episode of Conceptions of Murder. This is the series, unknown to me at the time, that brought me to the Forum, when I described what turned out to be another episode at 'Can You Name This Film?'. I can't wait to see the Nigel Green one on the DVD but would obviously prefer the whole series.
The Old Dark House (£4.90) and TV series Casting the Runes (£4.28) are the only other DVDs I'm interested in buying on this occasion. Countess Dracula, The Ghoul, Death Line, Carnival of Souls, The Medusa Touch and The Day the Earth Caught Fire are all £5.51, curiously. The best bargain, though, must surely be the complete series of Thriller for just 20.83.

. Agree with you dpgmel re: Mystery & Imagination; I also think like you Cornershop that the Thriller set is great value at just over 20 quid.
