I know that quite a few BM members have used the US 'bootleg' site "Sinister Cinema" for obtaining a wide variety of titles. Sinister's usual price is $16.99 via their own website ..... however, I have just discovered that they are selling over 1000 of their titles (mostly unavailable and/or obscure films) via amazon.com and the price for each of them is only $8.99 + postage ..... which works out at £10 inc postage from the USA. These DVDRs are made to order and, although their prints are of variable quality, they come boxed with artwork and they are delivered very promptly. I have bought about ten of their titles over the past couple of years and have never been disappointed.

I have bought quite a lot from Sinister too and am very happy with their product. The prints may not always be the best, but the titles they have are generally obscure and collectable. Thanks for the heads up on the amazon deal.

Excellent. Thanks, Bats. I receive Sinister's catalog and have purchased from them over the years and been pleased with the service and speed. They also seem pretty upfront about the quality of image for a given title.

I just ordered two new titles: The Shadow and Thunder in the City. Wish they had had Night Alone, but oh well!
