Default DVD re-issue companies

A place for us to list websites for companies who re-issue classic British films.

DD Home Entertainment
DD Home Entertainment – A great choice of DVDs and videos

Odeon Entertainment
Cult & Horror Movies/Films from odeon Entertainment

Can anyone add any more? Surely...

Network are good, but they don't seem to want audience feedback/suggestions at all

Tim Beddows of Network explained once that there is often quite a gulf between what we the fans perceive will be a good seller and the actuality. He illustrated this at a cult TV gathering by asking how many units of the then newly-released PUBLIC EYE we thought had sold, and then by telling us the true figure.

Hence if a title doesn't do as well as anticipated, you can forget the follow-ups - as sadly happened with Season 6 & 7 of EYE...

It could not have helped that they originally released one series of this superb show as only available from their website at a high price.

Milestone Films
Run by Dennis Doros & Amy Heller. They're real enthusiasts but turn out a good DVD.

They are an American company but they've done quite a few British films.
Like The Edge of the World and a DVD of the Mitchell & Kenyon films.

Fantastic. Just ordered Last of the Mohicans, BBC series with Philip Madoc. One of the best adaptations IMO.
