Default Buyithere.co.uk

I saw many great bargains on this site and ordered several DVD box sets of TV series. These were delivered as individual sets, and after a few weeks I was still misssing 3 box sets from my original order. A quick phone call to the Company resulted in them confirming that the 3 were all despatched several weeks ago on the same day. Without taking a breath the Sales Person said "no problem - I am now requesting that we despatch duplicates of these immediately. It would appear that they have been nicked somewhere along the line." To top that, within the hour I had an e-mail confirming this action. Who said that customer service was dead?

Trying not to be cynical, but the way I take it is that they were curiously quick to state that they had been nicked. That would imply that they had the knowledge for enough time to enter their computer system which, I would have thought, would have lead to a computer generated email saying there had been hiccup. And therefore why did it take you to enquire to sort it out? Just the way my strange mind works. I must add that I have never used this company.

After reading the first comment - I looked at buy it here.co.uk - did a search on CASINO ROYALE and got "We're sorry - there were no results from your search."
