Well, I think this is an interesting notion for a thread and in fact will go a step further by having the same, or practically the same, episode title within the same series:
DOCTOR WHO generally has individual titles for each episode nowadays and did so before, from 1963-1966. This is episode five of "The Web Planet" (tx: 13.03.1965). Jacqueline Hill is the human in the middle

They almost did it again for an eight episode story in 1968

And then again in 1974, although the rest of this six part story was called "Invasion of the Dinosaurs". Presumably they wanted to keep the secret of the monsters from the viewers, but I think it had been blown by the
Radio Times special which came out a while before this was transmitted. The story was originally in colour, but this was another one the BBC junked in its original form

Another go with a familiar title, this being episode four of "The Romans" (tx: 06.02.1965). Peter Diamond and William Russell have a fight while Jacqueline Hill and Derek Francis watch

Then we got a whole seven episode story with the same title in 1970.
