Hi lindner,
Today is my 35th birthday and I receive a BritMovie message on my email. So, I incidentally visit BritMovie today, after I was looking some messages in My Profile regarding congratulations, etc. Then, I checked for some unanswered threads... read this thread only. The last time I visit BritMovie forum was in February 2011, although many times, there was my SainT profile on-line. I gave my username and password to my friend and associate Simon James on 9 June 2010 to check the new film location threads and comments only (not for posting).
First of all, I discovered this location in August 2010. As I'm a big perfectionist and then I was doing (the same as now) the location work and the post comments very slowly. This costed me many times in the past other contributors to post the information regarding some location before me, although I discovered that location much earlier...
This thread was originally planned for BritMovie forum, but for well know reasons that occurred in January/February 2011, this research was never submitted. I intended to post all THEN and NOW pictures in January/February 2011, but "thanks" for the very negative treatment from some BritMovie members towards me, I quit posting and visiting this forum.
The very pretty village featured the Poirot episode #3.1 "The Mysterious Affair at Styles" (1990) is Easton Grey in Wiltshire. The distinctive bridge and the burial church scenes are also in Easton Grey.
P.S.
At this time, I'm doing THEN and NOW pictures, so please reply after this...
The same thing with other BritMovie members... Please don't reply till I post THEN and NOW pictures.
P.P.S.
Joan,
Thanks again for your reply in my email on 27 September 2009 regarding this:
Midsomer Murders - Brighton???
Best regards,
