I know it is probably kpm or de wolfe library but who wrote it and what is it called? Ronnie Hazelhurst is credited with incidental music, but I don't think it's him

Why don't you extract it from the video using free software like AoA Audio Extractor and save it as an MP3?

I doubt that you can 'drop out' specific items such as a vocal unless you're a professional sound engineer with the appropriate software and/or equipment.
