Looks more like an office block than a block of flats with that sea of car parking and no green space. Are you sure that Richmond sign isn't a prop?
I'm looking for the apartment block 'Richmond Court'.

Anthony, from the 'ggwillym' Edgar Wallace location posting, is the office block 'Northrop Grumman building(officially Burlington House) in Merton as viewed from The car park/Malden Way?
The bridge that Robert Webber crosses and spots the woman is the A316 crossing in Richmond. The girl he spots is in Raneleigh Drive. The scene where he is walkin and acosts a delivery driver is also in Richmond so it wouldn't be beyond logical for the "flats" to also be in Richmond - hence the naming of them as "Richmond Court". To me it does look sucspiously like a "new" office block. Two points - 1. The "To Let -Pepper, Angliss and Yarwood" in front of the door. PAY were commercial property/office agents and not involved in domestic property. 2. If anyones interested the whole film is available on on Youtube.
Good luck hunting...

Thanks for pointing out this film is on Youtube but I am sorry I can't identify 'Richmond Court'. The scene where Robert Webber walks in a park begins on Richmond Green with the row of buildings between The Wardrobe and Friars Lane clearly visible behind him. However, as he steps out of the park and nearly gets knocked down the location changes to this:-
With a body of water to the right, and then continues:-
I'd have to say it looks like Richmond, or Brentford or Chiswick or.......
It's Kew Green, Christopher.
1st picture:
The east entrance of north-eastern path in Kew Green, which continues as Priory Road.
2nd picture:
The address of the two houses with curved doors (R to L) on the left is: 30 and 32 Kew Green, Kew, TW9 3BH.
3rd picture:
The Pond in Kew Green. This is the corner with Priory Road.
4th picture:
Kew Green. Looking towards the houses (R to L) with the address: 52, 54, 56, 62, 64 and 66 (not seen, but seen in 0:21:54), Kew Green, Kew, TW9 3AP. The gap was between number 56 and number 62, but now there is a new house (58 & 60).
5th picture:
The timber-framed house (the higher one on the right) is The Greyhound public house, 82 Kew Green, Kew, TW9 3AP.

And here is The Pond at Kew Green, with a photograph taken in non-active hours and just a few years before the production date of the film thereby preserving the same architecture.

SainT, that's great work once again and thanks too to Rick C for the good photograph. Many thanks.
Richmond Court looks familiar. That roof terrace with the brutalist gazebo style concrete frame rings a bell...but I can't recall where. Maybe along the M4 on the way to Hammersmith..perhaps the elevated section?
Not in Richmond, but in Wembley!
"Richmond Court" in reality is called York House.
The address is:
York House
Empire Way
Wembley
Middlesex
HA9 0PA
1. York House is located next to the Wembley Stadium.
2. It is not a residential block.
3. It is an office/retail block in reality.
4. It has 16 floors in total.
5. The completion year is 1963.

Well done SainT.
I was a tad sceptical at first but the structure looks good and there is a house opposite which matches with the film. Shamefully I only live 20 mins away from Wembley!!
Btw how on earth did you locate it?
ggwillym - is there any change you could identify the house opposite which matches with the film?
Great detective work, bet they never foresaw the mobile phone masts !
Thanks Greg, impressive work as always.
Cheers, Tony
Geoff (ggwillym) -- any chance you could identify those buildings?
Thanks.
