I think this 1933 gem slipped out recently to DVD but so happy it is finally available; I recorded it on VHS on its only (as far as I know) television showing. Ivor Novello plays a Russian prince found in Hampton Court by Ursula Jeans and taken home to her family. Her sister Ida Lupino has an illicit romance going on and Ursula is dating a very young looking Jack Hawkins. The plot is a lot of fun, and also has the mystery of what happens to the little brother who is sent out to the shop and never returns!A lovely little film. And with no musical interludes.
