But Arthur Lowe has a blue plaque! I would put Dame Flora in the same catogory. I guess Arthur`s wasn`t given by English Heritage

The proposal was rejected because the organisation felt it was "too soon" to properly assess how she would be viewed "in 10, 50 or even 100 years time".
Like English Heritage is going to be around in 10, 50 or even 100 years....
