    The IMDb never says that someone is still alive. If there is no date of death shown it just means that their death hasn't been reported to the IMDb. They might be still alive but they might also be one of the many who die in relative obscurity whose death isn't noticed by the wider world

    There is NO date of death on IMDb.
    So according to IMDb he is NOT dead!
    If it has not been reported to IMDb then it has not happened!
