During the film an older dotty lady performs a short dance to a wind up gramophone that is supposed to help her nerves after the stress of the comedy plot

Towards the end of the movie the "caretaker" "warden" or similar who has mocked such things is also harassed by the plot joins the dotty lady and they both do the dance, somewhere between ballet and tichi

    What is the movie

This is one of the St. Trinian's films - from memory, most likely BLUE MURDER AT ST. TRINIAN'S (1957)

There is a wonderful scene with a wind up gramophone in "The Running Jumping Standing Still Film" where one of The Goons runs round the stationary record holding a needle.
