That sounds vaguely like Sebastian (1968) starring Dirk Bogarde and Susannah York.

I'm looking for the movie title to this movie:
In this movie (made in the Sixties I think, attractive young women/girls worked at some sort of a secret agency.
They all sat in one very huge room where all day they tried to decipher a secret code. In the background, classical music would play.
There was this room where they would go when they were totally frustrated and beat the living hell out of an inflated, blow-up punching clown.
The head of the agency was some guy. He even played the classical music at his flat in hopes that it would trigger a way to decipher the code.
Does anyone know the name of this movie.
If so please e-mail me at xx@yy.zz

I really like that film Sebastian (1968) it has that Swinging London 60's feel to it. I have the film poster of Sebastian which I recently posted a picture of under the Cash On Demand: UK Cinema Quad thread.
I also have the USA soundtrack of the film, unfortunately, the soundtrack was never released in the UK.
If I recall rightly the last time Sebastian was shown on TV was back in 1988 on BBC2 when they use to show films at 18.00PM.
