Two of my very fav's Harry h corbett,Wilfred bramble,also Tony hancock,is he the line you are talking about decks,he wasn't very good at learning his lines but he was funny STILL is,read somewhere about how galton and simpson where amazed by corbett and bramble professonalism after working with Hancock who sometimes had to work from cue cards.
