Just watched Dangerous Moonlight. I think the same editor worked on Forbidden Cargo as well.

Not only did we have birds flying upside down in F/C but 'planes in formation flying upside in D/M!! During wartime?

Many an old war film has a Manchester bomber taxiing down the runway only to turn into a Lancaster when in the air!

Ahh! The old ones are the best!

Hi Mike ! As a boy I watched this movie in the English Embassy in Stockholm in 1943. The Swedes were reluctant to give it public airing - the Germans were still to threatening. Even then I realised it was sentimental tosh ... but, what the hell, it was about a Polish hero. For years I hoped to watch it with my children and granchildren when, suddenly I come across your cheerul note to hollins.

Yours till the Thames flows with vodka,

and it came to the scene where Sally Gray walks through the Warsaw Blitz into the house where Anton Walbrook is playing the piano and I immediately thought, for Christ's sake man, put the fag out and stand up when a lady enters the room.

    But of course he didn't.

    Bloody chav.
