It is here that she makes friends with women from different walks of life before finding romance with a shy Scottish airman.

Comedy thriller about a successful aircraft manufacturer who finds trouble when he attempts to prevent his daughter running off with an undesirable boyfriend. He visits the rogue with the intention of buying him off but accidentally kills him. After temporarily disposing of the body, he returns to the site to make more permanent arrangements but finds the corpse has mysteriously disappeared.
Murder at the Grange

Short film drama in which a private detective is called to a family home by an elderly lady to investigate the murder of her father some years before. She believes it was the work of her sister's former fiance and that he plans to kill the rest of the family. However the detective discovers that the fiance died in America years earlier - so who is the real killer?

Groundbreaking drama about a closeted gay barrister who discovers that a former lover has committed suicide after being blackmailed. It emerges that a number of men are being blackmailed by the same people, and in a life-changing decision, the lawyer resolves to take on the blackmailers himself, risking his marriage and his career.
The Hawk

A tense drama about a woman who suspects her husband might be the the Hawk, a serial killer wanted by the police. Annie is an ordinary housewife who lives with her two children and a husband who is often away on business. Her suspicions begin to turn into reality when she checks the murder dates against her husband's diary. Is he guilty, or is she the victim of her own paranoia? She has only one course of action open to her.
Cosh Boy

Cockney jack-the-lad Roy Walsh makes his dubious living by applying the eponymous weapon to the pates of old ladies and relieving them of their purses. Eventually the little charmer finds himself on a charge of attempted murder.
The End of the Affair

Romantic drama set in wartime London, in which a repressed woman has an affair with an American, but after he is injured in a bomb blast, she finds herself battling with her conscience. Based on a book by Graham Greene.
