    Hiya.

I am literally begging here. And wondering if anybody has the first ever episode of, IN DEEP, which was shown in early 1999 (think)

I'm not sure of the whole castlist but I know it stars:

Amanda Mealing, Hugh Quarshie, Rachel Leskovac, Colette Brown.

If anybody could help I am willing to trade/pay, and I'd love you forever!

    Kisses, Sarah xx

I'm really sorry - i don't have any videos or anything, but i was wondering if you could tell me more about rachel leskovac's involvement in this series.

I'm trying to work out which episodes she was in. so was she in the first one? was she in lots? was the regular character?

apparently she played "Elaine" - who was she?

thanks in advance for anything you can tell me!

In Deep is getting a repeat on the Zone Thriller channel on the sky platform (EPG 322) and begins on the 29th March at 8pm. also seeing as each story is a two parter, it looks like they will span each Saturday and Sunday evening.

Yup that's the one.Was quite good but I suppose it got swept aside when Murphy's Law-being very similar-hit the scene

The many people (some on this forum) who don't get the appeal of James Nesbitt might try comparing Murphy's Law and In Deep. Especially from season 3 onwards he gives one of the most sustained and well judged performances seen on British TV in years. I actually quite like Stephen Tomkinson, but there is a real gulf between the two for this sort of material.

I really like James Nesbitt and i thought he was great in Wall of Silence as the distressed father trying to bring his boys killers to justice.

Oh no, I agree, Murphy's Law is the closest thing we have to a real gritty policier of the classic US sensibilty, and Nesbitt is simply outstanding. The first 2 series are shite, but series 3 is the jewle in the grubby crown. But its a shame the two couldn't co-exist as Tomkinson was rather convincing as the hard nut with too many ghosts in his past.
