Well looking at the URL I see it's from the DVD Beaver site, from his review of Renoir's The River (1951). So we know she was in that and when that photo was taken (or when that screen grab was made).
Adrienne Corri is the only person (cast or crew) who was in The River and A Clockwork Orange.
But I can't find any photos from The River that actually identify this person in a caption.

I know it's not very big, but there's distinct similarity in the hair, particularly the fringe.

There's no doubt that character is from The River.
But is it Adrienne, as Valerie?

The very sharp chin seems a give-away. Adrienne Corri.
The last time I saw the film, Miss Corri was in the audience. That is indeed her.
Here's Ms Corri from circa 1972 (UFO), post 'Clockwork Orange', where she was "scared to see herself", she's still a Bonnie Scots Lass here......it's the Eyes that never change!
