stuart maconie keeps talking about this on radio 2 .he reckons its the high visibility tabard ,from the sound of things hes not a fan .cant say i am neither although i have a particular hatred for them as im forced to wear them at work . i suppose another "cymbal "of modern britain is the red laccy bands the postman leaves outside your house every other day .any others ? any nice ones ?
