    There are a few voices that I find difficult to listen to. As a start, three of the voices I really cannot abide belong to Joe Swash, Gillian Taylforth and Christine Bleakley. I am sure there are a lot more but I cannot think of them at the moment.

    Have to agree with you on Mr. Swash. It has been said by a few posters elsewhere that Sarah Alexander-lookalike Millie Clode, who they are otherwise attracted to, has an "irritating" voice. In her case it's a very Posh one. She's looking lovely right now, actually, on Sky Sports News.

    Same here, as with most things that are 'annoying' to me i've become adept at blocking them from my psyche or simply ignoring them, though once voice I lurve is that of Julie Peasgood, I always recognise her voice on an advert, etc;

    Julie Peasgood is one happy, smiley and gorgeous lady - always happy to see/hear her.

    As soon as Ross's voice appears on the radio - I change channels. Dreadful fellow.

    LOL...........here too, i enjoy 'Sounds of the 60's' on a Saturday morning but after that the wireless is promptly switched off, things were much better when Ross had his suspension and had guest presenters such as Liza Tarbuck, etc; a really happy atmosphere when she did it especially when Kathy Burke was a guest, don't the BBC realise what a bore Ross is to many of us?
