Looks like a Town Hall type building; but could easily be a hospital. From 'The Female Factor' which had sequences shot near the Royal Albert Hall, Watford, Uxbridge, Fulmer, and Hammersmith....it's the rear of a building as they appear to be coming down a fire escape. It features two of the guest stars so you would think it would be done at one of these locations.

Any joy with this one Bob? The roof design reminds me of the Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood and one of the buildings there has the bricked up arch visible in the 2nd image, although a lot of those building have been redeveloped:

Not as yet; but Mount Vernon could well fit in - its not far from Harefield (unit HQ); and as you say the design looks very similar - I will investigate further.....as I think you could well be right.
