The Carriage seems to have the heading New York Central Subway above the window frames, but can't recognise any location.
Good luck

Can't see a "music video locations" sub-forum. Wikipedia, that well-known source of all that's accurate, says the video was filmed at "MGM Studios" with no qualifier as to which country, but am I right in spotting various bits of the MGM Borehamwood backlot in this? Various buildings look familiar from all the usual 60s / 70s shows. Though it would be interesting to know what the railway station was built for.
(It was playing on a video jukebox in the pub this afternoon, in case you're wondering / worrying)

Some of it looks like Lot 2 and/or 3 which was part of MGM Studios in Culver City, but by '76/77 when this was probably filmed, I think those lots had gone by then, but maybe not.
It's MGMs backlot in California shortly before it was bulldozed and sold for real estate, a move MGM lived to regret given the success of Universal Studios backlot tours which have become a major theme park industry. The crumbling backlot was put to good use in a tv film around the same time as the BeeGees video, Phantom Of Hollwood, which showed clips of vintage MGM films then faded into current shots of the derelict backlot sets for comparison, its an interesting film purely as a record of the last days of the backlot.
