I suppose we can eliminate places without nearby garage parking and non-english speaking countries. But my guess, from previous locations, would be Chelsea, Uxbridge or Slough.
All the extraction equipment out of the windows suggests labs, kitchens or laundry - so either a teaching establishment or a hospital.

Blythe House was apparently the headquaters of Post Office Savings and an image of the building used to appear on all the passbooks!
