Kensington SW7 - maybe?

Any ideas? Looks like a main road through Kensington, SW7 to me (could be wrong though)....from a 1978 'The Professionals' episode 'Fall Girl'. Parts were filmed around the Kensington Forum Hotel, so must be close to Harrington Gardens, SW7 and the main A4....sadly I can't find it, so maybe elsewhere?

Just to say I think I have this one sussed...just need to get there with my camera to be sure....

Probably not much help, but here's a few pics taken from the top floor of the Forum Hotel, I don't recognise the Flats from the Hotel's vicinity, maybe more towards Knightsbridge/ behind Harrods area.........

If you haven’t already found it 45, the road is Prince Of Wales Drive – Battersea and the flats in the background are Primrose Mansions.
