Department S - at the seaside?

Does anyone recognise this seaside spot seen in Department S: 'Treasure of the Costa Del Sol'.

May be completely wrong, but it looks a bit like Teignmouth. There's a road like that leading down to the sea front with a car park on the left.

Like Cooper S, I could be wrong, but it might just be Penarth in Wales.

Thanks Alan - After your last post I started scanning the episodes and was starting to panic over the sheer number of location shots I hadn't noticed before.



But Poole!! I was not expecting that.
