Can anyone identify the name/whereabouts of the sea fort featured in the first episode of 'Lovejoy' (The Firefly Cage)? I've tried to post a screengrab but can't.

I think it may be either Horse Sand or Nomansland Fort, but they are a long way from where the series was set/filmed.

Got this from IMDB



"The estuary used is along a stretch of coastal area known as Shingle Street which is near Woodbridge, Suffolk."



"The gun tower or sea fort is called rough tower and is some distance from the shore."



This is from answered queries so I don't know how accurate it is.
