This one looks like Dean's Yard (entry point to Westminster Abbey) at the end of Victoria Street.

The top one looks like the intersection between Tothill St and Victoria St, looking west. There is still a Barclays Bank on that spot.

Agreed it is the junction of Tothill Street with Victoria Street opposite Dean's Yard.
