Unknown 1 looks to be the corner of Gloucester Terrace and Chilworth Street, but I can't find the church spire.
The episode is THE EXPERIMENT
I already have some streets from this sequence which should help with the unknown locations:
Westbourne Terrace, W2 - The taxi arrives in London and crosses a large iron bridge.
(Spotted by Paul Stroud, April 2009)
Blomfield Road/Westbourne Terrace Road, W9 - Then a smaller canal bridge.
(Spotted by Paul Stroud, April 2009)
Unknown 1 - The taxi carrying Sharron Macready drives through London with the police car following close behind as it turns a corner.
Unknown 2 - The officer in the police car following the taxi carrying Sharron Macready suspects that the driver suspects that he is being followed.
The bus is a 60, 65, 66 or 68
Upbrook Mews/Chilworth Street, W2 - The taxi carrying Sharron Macready takes a sharp turn into mews to lose the car that has been following. The taxi driver introduced himself as Major Cranmore from D.I.6.
Also, does anyone recognise this actor who played one of the police detectives watching Sharron?

The church would be Holy Trinity, Bishops Road (now Bishops Bridge Road) Paddington, spire demolished in 1972, the rest in 1984. SPI Search Images

The car by the way is a Ford Zephyr 4 Mk IV, following I think an Austin FX4 as against an old FX3, of which there were probably a few around still (as per CARRY ON CABBY). The tipper coming head on appears to be a Leyland, and a two-axle?

Can you make out what type of Van is parked behind the Scooter, I have the impression it's a Standard Atlas 'hunt the gearstick' Van, I believe if they were unladen and you braked sharply it invariably tipped forward and landed on it's face!![]()

I think it's what was called a Commer Van.
It's more likely to be a LEYLAND FIFTEEN or TWENTY than the Standard Atlas. Basically when Leyland Motors bought-out and merged Standard-Triumph the Standard Atlas was rebadged and subsequently acquired a slightly-different front end. It's not a Commer 15-cwt, PA, or PB though good suggestion!
