Here is the East German Embassy, Geneva from the DANGER MAN episode A Room in the Basement (1964).



To me it looks more like a Library or a Swimming Pool entrance. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this house is in Wadham Gardens NW3, not far from Swiss Cottage. I can check later in the week.

I'm also pretty sure that this particular house was lived in by Sir Georg Solti up until his death.

Hmm, doesn't look familiar to me but it could be in Hampstead. Somehow I think not as, and as strange as this may seem, the road looks too flat. Give me some time as this might ring some bells.

Spotting

Any particular reason why you might think it could be Hampstead? The locale looks very much like the type of mansion streets around Richmond Park such as Priory Lane, Putney, and typical buildings in that area such as "Templeton House" look very similar to that photo insofar as the architecture seems more Georgian in style than is typical in Hampstead.

Only that I think I've been past it at some point and that Hampstead was a much used area for Saint/ITC locations.
