Default Sitting Target

I don't know if this movie was already posted, but it's an absolute masterpiece in my opinion. Douglas Hickox, who's a favorite director of mine, directed this bleek, dark look at two escaped convicts as they prepare to leave the country. The chemistry between the two leads Oliver Reed (who's another one of my faves) and Ian McShane makes you feel that they've known each other for a long long time. They give two remarkable performances. The escape from prison scenes rivals "Escape from Alcatraz" as the best breakin' out moments in cinema history. I loved everything......The Beginning.....The Middle.......and Especially the End. There's action, violence, and a twist at the end that you'd never of guessed. The final scene is very haunting also. It's just a great movie all the way through. Who agrees with me?

I do ... I obtained a copy of the film only this morning, it's a super thriller with Ollie in great form and Ian McShane holding his end up really well.
