Default A Day To Remember

A Day to Remember (1953)

This is one of those rare films that I never get tired of watching even when I know at which points the film is going to 'pull the emotional rug' from under me.

Anyone want to start a darts team so that we can all go to Boulougne and get drunk?

And "Yes" it is that uncredited famous British actress that you think it is who is in the crowd on the ferry at the end of the film!

Well, if you told them I designed it, d'you think that might help?

Question is - next year, are they going to Southend or Brighton? (Why was that change dubbed, anyway?)

Screen cap?
To save you the pain but not to give her name away, she's credited as "Young Woman on Ferry (uncredited)" in the imdb cast list. Having watched it last night she can also be seen at the start when the darts team are jostling to get onto the railway platform. She's just in front of them.

A Day to Remember (1953) - Full cast and crew
