Plot SynopsisBalham: Gateway to the South is based on the satirical
travel documentary record made famous by Peter Sellers and an original
sketch written by Frank Muir and Denis Norden. The spoof travelogue
follows the travels of holidaying tourists Danny Schiller and Judy Gridley
as they visit sunny Balham. Robbie Coltrane makes a number of cameos
including cab driver, shoplifter, workman and waitress. |
