Plot SynopsisOriginal version of Edgar Wallace’s stage play thriller based amongst the British horse racing fraternity. Wealthy racehorse owner (Herbert Marshall) is banned from racing when he is double-crossed by the woman (Anne Gray) he loves. With the help of his ex burglar now butler (Gordon Harker), Garry succeeds in regaining a £100 note that will clear his name – and he falls for the bad girls sister (Edna Best). |
