Plot Synopsis

Due to the rising costs and shrinking market of modest Hollywood B pictures, Hammer were able to star American actor Richard Carlson in Whispering Smith Hits London and provide RKO Radio with an acceptable picture for their American release schedules. An American detective investigating an apparent suicide is led to suspect it was murder.
