With the passing of former president Reagon, a friend to Canada, next Wednesday flags on government bldgs, will be flown half mast, like in the United States. Residents in Canada are welcome to come to U.S. consulates to sign a book of condolences to the Reagon family. Ronald Reagon was a friend to Canada, not like the current occupant of the White House.
