    • I was going to guess the play with Tom Courtenay... which is the TV version, which is on IMDb here;

      Which turns out to be a remake. The Courtenay version is from 2003. The earlier one is 1976, although the title is the same and IMDb even has the same video clip for both titles (oops!).

        • 'It's good sense George. let the old girl persuade you'. Guy's only line in Bleak House (1985) but delivered superbly. He plays Bagnet, husband to Mrs Bagnet played by Anne Reid in this pretty good adaptation of Dickens novel. He's credited in this so its already on IMDB but its a good picture so I've shared it.
