Trying to identify this Actor

Would anyone know the name of the actor next to Alf Mangan?
I’ve spotted him various things in the 60s / 70s and 80s.

I’ve spotted him sitting next to a lady (of a similar age ) in a pub scene in The Professionals (wearing his flat cap).

He can also been seen with the same lady and wearing his flat cap , again sitting in a pub - this time The Queen Vic in Eastenders throughout the 1980s - could be his real wife ?
