I am assuming the character played by Peter Butterworth is called Bill, although he's not named in the film but his secretary, who turns up in a moment, is, and she is Marianne Ridgeway. The original story writer and co-screenplay writer and producer is Philip Ridgeway. It's Marianne's only entry on IMDb


At the Chalfont St. Peter cop shop, George Curtis is the rozzer towards the right as Ken Goodlet, Anthony Steel, Conrad Phillips and Anthony Parker studiously avoid looking at the blatant delights of Dawn Beret. I think the constable with George is a Cardiff offspring, but not Rodney


Anthony sings to his agent all about his declining career as Ken and his eyebrows look on in admiration. It appears to be Bill Hibbert on a mission behind them.

Totally culpable atomic scientist leaves his car loaded with "Radioactive" isotopes unlocked and unwitting jewellery robbers steal it for their next job. Ian, who isn't regarded blameworthy in any way, goes to DIAL 999. To save all of London, imported temporary inspector Robert Beatty is able to call out the whole of the Met on his car radio:


With Joe Phelps back as usual as his driver. Later on there's a beautiful boom reflection on the car for an entire scene


It's not clear who Peter Brace is supposed to be here as Ian and John take out protective clothing which Bob later wears with the mask wide open below his chin


IMDb has John Drake down as the ambulance attendant and he may be the unspeaking one, but it's certainly Jimmy Cains providing expert medical details to Ian and Bob here. Lovely to see faces pressed up against the windows in the background of this scene . It's supposed to be John Geedan on the stretcher, but when his character is dumped from the car, John still seems to be inside it and it looks more like John Howlett (a detective sergeant not supposed to be there) who lands on the pavement .

The police clear the street where the crooks are hiding out. Thoughtfully, they forget to evacuate the girls' school right next door. It looks to be Sergeant John Adams on the right.

Roy Seeley on the right at least getting a full frontal, the first of several in this one I may say


Roy Beck as the servant looking a bit peeved George Cole is leaving Peter Cushing's party early. George's hair is quite bouffant in this scene: it's more sedate in the rest of the film. Peter of course is wearing a piece. Roy also doubled for Harvey Hall who plays George's butler


And getting a piece of the action appears to be Gordon Humphries beside the horse in this funeral procession. The priest in front of him sadly is not Fred Woods.

It sounds very like Olive Gregg on dubbing duty for Madeline Smith who plays George's daughter.

I do hope this is Guy Mills as the sergeant aiding Bob and Dick and a partially-hidden Jack Silk.

Here are some soldiers from Cleopatra (1963). These shots were probably all done in London late during the filming. They are the scenes where Richard Burton fights Octavian's soldiers. John Sullivan doubles Burton in Almería and these are probably all then the London shots with Burton. These men are probably all stuntmen but the screenshots are often very shoddy and unclear.
