The scruffy gentleman in a wheelchair is supposed to be Robert Mitchum in disguise . . . and it is! Harold Sanderson stands in the doorway as well as standing in for Mr. Mitchum. Downing a half appears to be Fred Woods.

With Bernard Archard as Inspector Pike doing little assisting and Billy Dean and Lou Morgan looking on. I'm not sure if that's Ernie Rice next to Lou. Bernard has his first few lines dubbed by someone else and then speaks for himself in the rest of the film. Jacques Roux has a similar fate, but it's Paul Frees who gets to say some of his lines and even just occasional words in some of his sentences! Paul also provides the voice of the gypsy stableman who is supposed to be played by Frank Sinatra, but is really Dave Willock.

        • Night of the Demon (1957) has many creepy moments in it and many uncredited cast members, several of whom have been spotted in the past. Here are a few more that may not have been:

Earlier in the film, Dana makes a nightmare visit to see Mrs. Hobart (Janet Barrow) and sundry brothers and sisters, who include a dubbed Percy Herbert, own voiced John Harvey and here, Robert Brooks-Turner. The other speaking sect member I think could be Walter Gotell; even the voice sounds like his with a yokel accent, but he doesn't take off his cap, damn him:
