The Woodland Animations sets for Postman Pat have been rescued from destruction and are currently on show at the Cosgrove Hall Film Archive at Waterside in Sale, Trafford.

This is unconnected to the exhibition, but 10-15 years ago when I watched a lot of Postman Pat, I was always intrigued by the background in the title sequence because one of the hills is clearly a woman’s breast, but I couldn’t find any massive conspiracy theory about it on the Net so I sort of forgot about it. I just found it funny. Or is it my eternally adolescent mind?
