        PlayAway, with people like Floella Benjamin, Sylvester McCoy and Stan Stennet.. oh, and occasionally Jeremy Irons and "Er off Eastenders" Anita Dobson.

        Yep, Brian Cant. Bet he had some ribbing at school for that surname. (can or "can't").

          My theme too FaginsGirl. Brian Cant was a star. No two ways about it. Charm with the younger people on his shows and efficiency in the way he attracted a wider audience. Really you know, you do feel your younger years are much further away in an instant; but at the same time the values from then are so much apparent.
          Brian Cant has left us older people with a wonderful memory, unlike todays present times.
